AGD Biomedicals Private Limited was incorporated in 1996 and began by being Exclusive Business Associates of Erma Inc. of Japan, a 100-year-old global market leader in laboratory diagnostics medical instruments and reagents. It launched its manufacturing activities in 1997 with international quality reagents. Five years later it expanded into the manufacturing of diagnostic instruments.

Today AGD Biomedicals is one of India’s leading laboratory diagnostics and medical instruments and reagents company. It is a respected and trusted name within the healthcare industry and has a countrywide presence, with sales and support offices in all major cities. To date, it has installed over 2000 imported and indigenously manufactured laboratory instruments. It has been an ISO 9001:2000 Certified company since 2005, and has been awarded ISO 13485-2003 certification to manufacture, export, import, sales and service the entire range of medical diagnostic equipments. It has also been bestowed CE certification for all products manufactured by it indigenously.
